Features of the Tropical Rayz Wide Body Frame Model

This is our Wide Body frame in the Tropical Rayz design pictured above. This tanning bed frame we call "wide body" size is 85.5" long x 44" wide and will tan customers up to 7.0" tall.  These all-steel models, complete with a life-time guarantee, are priced from $6,000 to $12,000, and will last 5 times longer than the plastic models of our competitors.

It is important to point out this bed and the Perfect TAN models are built exactly the same with the only exception being the colorful Tropical Rayz splash designs. We are custom builders who offer a couple of popular designs with both a tropical and spa type feel.  We also manufacture more expensive and luxurious tanning salon equipment including a level four high pressure tanning bed which retails for over $30k.

In a three or four-tiered pricing strategy, this would be your third tier, typically charging between $10-15 per 10-12 min session. This an advanced tanning device with Ultra-bronzing 160 watt reflector lamps and up to four 400 watt high pressure facial bulbs.

This tanning bed is designed with 1.8% UVB "bronzing" bulbs ffor the topping off or regular maintenance of the darkest tan.  This bed will not benefit a beginner tanner with no melanin present in their skin but will benefit larger body types who want more room in a commercial sun bed.

The most popular choice is to have each level a certain color.  For instance, all of your 20 minute beds are Yellow, your 15 minute beds are Kawi Green, and maybe your 10 minute bed is Ocean Blue.  Your customers will soon associate with their favorite level of beds with the corresponding color.

Each of our Tropical Rayz models have a built-in body fan but the Wide Body model has three body cooling fans located in the "crease" of the bed and blow on the head, mid-section, and lower body concurrently. 

These units also come equipped with a T-max digital timer installed in the front of the bench.  Convenient CAT5 and RJ-22 jacks on the rear, coupled with TMax wireless adapters, make our 2010 models plug and play in minutes!

All of our indoor tanning equipment employs a reflective system so precise that it is only 1% away from delivering a perfect mirror image, i.e. the tanning lamp's effective output is almost 100%, and the tan is darker and faster!

All of our tanning beds utilizes only the most dependable wire connection system on the market, the "Cage Clamp", this practice alone can save a salon from costly service calls and down time, given the fact that the cause of most service calls is related to poor connections.
