Our home tanning bed is the ONLY one you can buy that is "welded" together! That's right, we start with solid steel and weld the frame together as you see pictured here. Then we attach the heavy gauge steel "skin" to this frame to form a very sturdy, dependable, and maintenance free tanning bed which will give you many, many years of operation.
All of this steel is then "powder coated" inside and out (no other competitor does this!). We have been building these tanning beds from the same design for over 25 years and still service beds which were built in the first few years of our Sunal operation. When we say this residential tanning bed will last more than 25 years, we have the first 25 years to prove it and no other competitor can make that claim.
The plastic tanning beds you find on the Internet are made of plastic bolted to steel frames which have a lifespan of about 4 years.
