1.  To place an order, please call toll free 888-999-7577, 8 AM to 10 PM EST, or email us with questions.  You may want to review our Most Frequently Asked Questions.  We prefer a 20% deposit with the balance due prior to or upon delivery.  Most orders can be delivered within 2 weeks although 6 beds or larger can take 4-6 weeks to deliver.  Rush orders will be considered.

4.  Our tanning beds are shipped with the lamps installed!  The lamps are the MOST important thing your customers care about and we put a lot of time into putting the right lamps with the right bed.  The % of UVB light in a tanning bed bulb determines it's tanning characteristics.   For instance, the higher the UVB, the more hot or "intense" the bed is, like our 7.5% UVB High Intensity models.  The lower the UVB, the more "bronzing" the bed is, like our Bronzer models above.

5.  With regards to electrical requirements, these big frame style beds come with a 5 foot cord centerline to the back of the bed so you can mount the receptacle to any of the three walls.  These beds mostly come with a L630 type plugs and are connected to the L630R type receptacles.  The 323 models, which have 3 facials, also feature the roll-out ballast tray exactly like  our Wide Body models which means they can be pre-wired at the factory for "single" or "three" phase power and the Amps 1 and Amps 3 above indicate the "operating amps" or "draw" and the second number is the recommended breaker size.  To learn more about single vs three phase electrical operation you may want to review our eBook on How to Start a Tanning Salon.
